Dennis Bushnell is a very skilled, modest framebuilder. Most tandemists don't realize the extent of tandems and single bikes he has built for many other companies. We consider ourselves lucky to be associated with this ingenious framebuilder. When it comes to custom sized tandems (something we enjoy selling), we call on Dennis and his wife, Jenny, to help us solve some of the sizing dilemmas. They use a process to miter their tubesets that is so accurate, they literally could hold water without being welded. This makes a solid responsive high quality tandem or triplet!!! Bushnell is a great builder and a serious rider. The commitment to a great bike comes from years of personal experience!

Pricing & Options

Chromoly: All are handcrafted from a selection of tubing mostly oversized with a unicrown fork, with super oversized boom tube, heavy duty head tube, beefy chainstays. Chromoly frame set is $2000; Aluminum frame set is $3400.

COLORS INCLUDE: 30 Different house of colors. Many of your favorite fades and pearls available at a slight upcharge. Fades add $150 per color. Pearl paint jobs add $150. Frame sizes available in Chromoly, Aluminum. 700-C wheel size.

SIZES: 19x16, 20x18, 21x18, 22x20, 22x16, 22x17, 23x17, 23x21, 24x16.

Add $300 for custom sizing, such as longer stoker top tubes up to 32 1/8.

7000 series aluminum frames are tig-welded, using oversize Easton Aluminum tubes with unground joints, which are then heat treated to create a super light, super stiff speed machine.
